20 oz. Chopped onions, frozen chopped (2 bags)

2 T. butter or margarine, softened at room temperature

24 oz. Low fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature

2 c. Grated parmesan or asiago cheese

1/4 c. mayonnaise, low fat is okay
|
|
Dash of pepper
|
|
2 T. Chipotle sauce (optional for slight kick)
|

chopped bacon (optional)
|

2 bags Fritos Scoops
|

Instructions |

|
Defrost onion and squeeze as much liquid out with
paper towels. Can get runny if water isn't
removed.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix in a large bowl, onions, butter, cream
cheese,grated cheese, mayonnaise, and optional
ingredients if selected.
|
|
|
Grease a 11x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour into
pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned on top.
|
|
|
Serve hot with Frito Scoops chips. Sprinkle bacon
on top as a garnish if you choose this option.
