Heat oil in a dutch oven on stove top. Add Chicken
pieces and cook until browned. Remove and drain.
Place onions, peppers,garlic, and jalapeño in
dutch oven and saute until slightly cooked. Place
in your Crockpot. Add the rest of your
ingredients, stir to combine. Cook low to 7-9
hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with
olives.
