     Lemon Fluff Dessert

Ingredients
3 c crushed graham crackers or vanilla wavers
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk, refrigerated
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c cream
 

Instructions
Crush the crackers or wafers. Put 2-1/2 c on the bottom of the 9 x 9 inch pan.
Beat 3 egg yolks and add the can of cold, sweetened condensed milk. Then mix in the lemon juice.
Whip the cream and fold into the mixture. Add 1/2 c crushed wafers/crackers to top. Refrigerate.
