     Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
1-1/2 c sugar
1 c light syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
2 c heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Boil sugar, syrup, salt, butter and one cup cream. Boil to hard boil stage.
Add second cup and boil until it reaches soft ball stage. Store in refrigerator.
