Mix the flour, sugar and margarine. Pat into x-10 x 6 inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15-20 mn
Filling- In heavy saucepan combine the sugar and flour. Add the cut up rhubarb, thin cream and 3 beaten egg yolks. Also add the juice and rink of one orange. Cook until thick then spread over crust.
Beat the egg whites, with some sugar. Spread mixture over crust. Watch carefully - bake until brown.
