     Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
3/4c sugar (white, brown or mixture)
1/2c water
1/4c fresh orange juice
1/4c Grand Marnier
1.5c fresh cranberry
 

Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in all the liquids. Stir in cranberry. Cook until cranberries start to split and pop. Mash cranberries with back of spoon. Cook until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and place sauce in bowl. Refrigerate overnight to thicken.
