Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt
butter. Add onion and garlic and cook until
softened (2-3 minutes).
Add mushrooms and chicken and cook until
chicken is almost cooked through.
Add white wine and cook an additional 2-3
minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, oregano, basil, thyme, salt
and pepper.
Add pasta and stir to combine.
Add 2 cups mozzarella and stir to combine. Top
with remaining cup mozzarella.
Put skillet in the oven and bake 15 minutes, or
until cheese is melted and beginning to turn
golden brown on top.
