     Noam's Grandmas plum cake

Ingredients
12 plums - halved
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
150 grams butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3 1/2 cups self rising fllour
1/3 cup low fat sourcream
1 egg
2 tsp jam
 

Instructions
Beat butter and white sugar. Mix in egg, sourcream and flour to form a dough. Separate into 1/3 and 2/3 Roll 2/3 of the dough and place in a pie mold. brush with egg and jam.
Place the plums on the pie crust. sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar.
Roll the rest of the dough. Cut strips of the dough and make criss cross pattern on the plums. Brush with the rest of the egg.
Bake at 180 deg C, 45 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with vanila icecream or whiped cream
