Dust chicken breasts with flour and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Saute chicken until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side.
Whisk wine, honey and vinegar together, then pour over chicken. Simmer to reduce slightly, 3 minutes. Stir in butter, season with salt and pepper.
