Makes 3/4 of a quart.
Dissolve the sugar in very hot water. Gradually add the Carnation non-fat dry milk. Mix until smooth and then beat with electric beater for about 1 minute on high speed. Store in refrigerator.
Use the same amount as called for in recipes. Refrigerator storage makes the milk quite thick but it will melt to the consistency of whipped cream at room temperature.
