     Bruschetta with Havarti

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/4 cups seeded, chopped plum tomatoes
3 tbs chopped red onion
cracker barrel havarti cheese, sliced and cut in half
 
keebler house focaccia rosemary & olive oil crackers
focaccia tuscan cheese crackers

Instructions
Whisk oil, basil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and onion.
Top cracker with piece of cheese and bake 375 for 1-3 minutes until it begins to melt.
Top with tomato mixture.
