2 Cans Chunk Chicken Breast (1 can 12.5 oz.) with broth in can
Small can Chopped Green Chilies
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Quarter cup Chopped Onions
Quarter LB Monterrey Jack Cheese
Quarter LB Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Mix Chicken, Sour Cream, Chilies, Soup and Onion.
Add Quarter cup Chicken Mixture to Each Tortilla and
Cheese. Roll up and put into a greased dish. The
rest of the Chicken Mixture Plus Cheese Pour over
Enchiladas.
Bake Covered at 350 for 20 Min.
