|
Mix flour, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Cream
remaining ingredients. Add flour mixture and mix
thoroughly.

|
Separate dough into two parts. Wrap in plastic wrap
or wax paper and chill for one hour.
|
|
|
|
Use a cookie press to shape cookies on a ungreased
cookie sheet. (parchment paper is NOT recommended).
Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 9 minutes.
