1/2 C. Dijon mustard
|
|
1/2 C. pineapple preserves
|
|
1/4 C. horseradish sauce
|
|
1 pack of 10 wheat tortillas, 9 inch
|
|
1-1/2 lbs. sliced deli roast beef, medium rare
|
|
1 head of lettuce, washed and separated into leaves
|
|
1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, 10 slices
|
|
3/4 C. chopped walnuts
|
|
1/2 C. sliced green onions
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Stir together first 3 ingredients. Spread evenly on each entire
tortilla.
|
|
|
Layer each tortilla evenly with roast beef slices to cover entire
tortilla. Cover half of each tortilla with lettuce and cheese.

Sprinkle each prepared tortilla with nuts and green onions, fold in
half. Cut each half in half and chill.
