On top of a double boiler put the milk, instant rice and a pinch of salt. Heat until milk is gone. Add the sugar, eggs and another 2 1/2 c milk. Also add 1 tsp vanilla. Bake at 325 ° fore 1-1/2 hours until pudding has absorbed all the milk. (Directions were not clear.)
