Cream the butter and powdered sugar. While creaming those two ingredients, melt the package of chocolate chips and add to the creamed mixture. Add 3 eggs, one at a time. Cook until satisfied with consistency.
Pour into the cooled pie shell, and chill well. Serve with whipped cream.
