     German Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
1 pkg of Baker's german sweet chocolate (4oz)
1/4 cup butter
1 2/3 cups of evaporated milk (12oz can)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell lightly fluted
 
1 1/3 cups of Baker's angel flake coconut
1/2 cup chopped peacans
1 bag of coconut
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 bag of butterscotch

Instructions
If you do not want to buy a pre-made pie crust then you should ground up some graham crackers and mix them with butter to form the crust.
Melt chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring until blended Remove from heat gradually blend in milk.
Mix sugar, corn starch, and salt thoroughly. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually blend into the chocolate mixture and pour into the pie shell. Combine coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch and pecans together. Sprinkle this new mixture over the pie mixture
Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and brown NOTE if top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil the last 15 minutes of baking
