|
chop meat into small chunks.
sear in a pan with salt, pepper, and garlic.
cover pan and let simmer for 40 minutes.

make your kugel recipe (or mine).
pour 1/2 into a foil pan. layer meat on top and cover with the
other 1/2 of the kugel.
bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.

|
|
cover tightly and bake at 200 overnight till ready to serve.
or you can put it in a bag in your crock pot with water on the bottom
and keep on
low.
