Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken breast on a baking sheet and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
Cut chicken breast in strips.
At the same time, cut spaghetti squash in half.
Scoop out seeds.
Place each cut half down in a baking pan filled with one cup of water.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Use fork to scrape noodles onto plate.
In a saucepan, combine 3 cups of water with one 6oz can of tomato paste and one package of spaghetti sauce mix. Stir. Bring mixture to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
(This could also be cooked in the microwave for 12-15 minutes.)
