     Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
29 ounces canned tomato sauce
1 cup water
16 ounces canned tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
8 ounces lasagna noodles
 
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1-1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine beef, onion, and garlic in large skillet. Cook until beef is browned. Drain. Add tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, salt, and oregano. Mix well. Spoon Enough of the beef mixture into the slow cooker to cover the bottom. Layer some noodles over the beef mixture, breaking as needed. Combine mozzarella, cottage, and parmesan cheeses and mix well. Layer some of the cheese mixture over the noodle layer. Repeat layers until ingredients are gone, reserving some of the beef mixture for the top layer. Cook on low 4 hours or until the noodles are tender.
