     Honey Mustard Baked Chicken

Ingredients
4 ounce chicken breast
For Sauce-
2 Tablespoons of honey
1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon of light soy sauce
Pinch of ground ginger powder
.5 Teaspoon of minced garlic
1/4 Teaspoon of fresh lime juice
1/4 Teaspoon of mirin or white cooking wine
 
1/4 Teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with 1/4 Teaspoon of water
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil

Instructions
Add all ingredients for sauce. Mix well. Butterfly chicken breast.
Dip breast in sauce mix front and back. Put in fridge and marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.
When chicken is done marinading, place oven rack at about 8 inches from heat source. Preheat oven on broil high.
Place chicken on baking rack. Broil both sides for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
