Rub 1/2 tsp salt over pork. In a separate bowl combine cumin,
garlic powder, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic.
In a separate bowl, combine chicken broth, bay leaves and
chipotle peppers.
Set a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add the pork
and brown on all sides for about 10 minutes.
Rub the pork all over with spice.
Pour chicken broth bowl into slow cooker and add pork. Cover
and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When cooked through, transfer pork to a large dish. Discard
bay leaves. Shred the pork using 2 forks.
