     Montse's Lasagna

Ingredients
Onion
Garlic
Green Pepper (optional- depending on taste)
Olive Oil
Spices- Salt, Pepper, Oregano
1/2 lb ground beef
2 sausage links (maybe chicken or turkey sausage)
Newmann's Own Alfredo Sauce & Garlic and Herb Ragu (depending on how much heartburn you want)
Cheeses- Mozzarella, Parmesan, Piccolino
 
Tomato paste

Instructions
Sautee the onions, garlic, and green peppers in olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Move to a bowl/plate. In another pan, add olive oil and cook 1/2 lb ground beef and cut up sausage with 1-2 tsp tomato paste. Then, put on low heat.
Add alfredo sauce, to taste. Mix and continue cooking. Add small amount of ragu, to taste. Add shredded mozzarella and parmesan. Set aside. Cook noodles according to box directions.
Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese (mozzarella and parmesan). For the top layer, put Piccolino cheese instead of mozzarella and parmesan. Cover pan with foil.
Stick it in the oven on 350 for about 30 minutes. Then, broil for a few minutes so that the cheese browns. Done!
