1. In a bowl add the crab legs and juice of the lemon and cover with cold water and set aside for about 10mins. Then Rinse and set aside. You dont want to leave it for too long, because the acid from the lemon will start to cook the crab meat.
2. Season the crab with the packet of sazon, salt and black pepper
3. In a large pan, heat some olive oil on medium heat.
4. To the pan, add the chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of the red curry paste and sautι for about 2mins on medium heat.
5. Then add the basil, onions, mushrooms, red bell pepper, hot peppers and coconut milk and cook on medium/low heat for about 2-3mins.
6. Last add the snow crab legs and baste with the sauce then cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 15-20mins. Occasionally baste the crab legs. By covering it you are steaming the crab.
