Mixing Bowl whip cream cheese, stock, salt, garlic, mustard and wine until incorporated. (I place all ingredients into the crock pot and heat until softened to mix)

Place chicken and sausage in the bottom of your crock pot. Place diced onions on top.

Pour cream cheese Mixture over the top. Cover and place on high for 4 hours or cook on low 5-6 hours. Check occasionally to make sure it's not thickening too much. Add more chicken Stock or wine if too thick.

When ready to serve you can place meal in a baking dish and pop it under a broiler for a couple of minutes for some extra color.
