     Glazed mini lemon cakes

Ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1-1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
Glaze-
3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon zest
 
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup hot water

Instructions
Mix cake ingredients- cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream and milk until smooth. Heat oven to 325. Spray tiny muffin tins (I think I will use paper liners if I make again-OOPS tried it and it is not satisfactory!) and fill 1/2 full (or more). Bake 12 minutes at 325. I left in a minute or two more until I saw a little brown.
Cool in pan for 2 minutes then remove and cool upside down on rack.
Beat glaze until smooth. Dip muffins in glaze and let drip dry on rack. The bottoms now are on top. I put jelly roll pans under racks to catch the drips.
