Ingredients
2 lg. ROMA TOMATOES - diced
1 TBL GREEN BELL PEPPER - minced
1 TBL GREEN ONION - thinly sliced
1/2 - 1 teas. WHITE VINEGAR
1/2 teas. OLIVE OIL
1/2 teas. ITALIAN SEASONING
1/4 teas. GARLIC POWDER
1/4 teas. coarse BLACK PEPPER
1/4 teas. SALT
 

Instructions
Mix all, taste, and adjust seasonings if desired. For best results, stir well and serve at room temperature.
Serving Suggestions
Top chicken or fish, cooked shrimp, eggs, ravioli or tortelini, or buttered and toasted Italian bread.
