½ of the box of short twist noodle or macaroni noodle
Salt and pepper to taste
Gravy sauce-
2 tbs Butter
3 tbs flour
1 ¼ cup of chicken broth, warm
Instructions
1. Cook the noodles as directed. Drain and rinse
2.Cut up all the vegetables. Put to the side.
3. Pre-heat large skillet over medium heat add the oil and add the meat squeezing it out of the casings into the skillet. Break up the meat into bite size pieces with a spoon, let cooks 5- 8 minutes. Turn heat down to low, add the onion, green peppers, tomato, and Italian seasoning blend and cook until tender. Add garlic. Turn off the heat and cover.
4. In a medium size pot melt the butter over medium low heat stir in the flour. It should look like thick paste. Wisk in the chicken broth until that becomes thick. Stir it into the sausage mixture.
