|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
|
|
|
|
Pat chicken dry. Coat a casserole dish with EVOO.
|
|
|
|
Generously sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder
over chicken.
|
|
|
|
Cook for 30 minutes in oven. Turn the chicken and
then cook for another 30 minutes. Serve.
