Preheat oven to 400 degrees

|
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, eggs, orange juice and flour. Form into a ball. Chill overnight or 2 hours.

Cut dough into 3 - 4 portions. Take 1 portion and roll into large circle 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3-inch circles (water glass or cutter can be used). Make sure glass or cutter is floured so dough does not stick. Add leftover dough to remaining portion to reroll.

Put heaping teaspoon of filling in center and pinch into traditional 3 corner shape (leaving about 1/3 in middle open). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
