Slice everything fine (I use a food processor, putting in items one by one and then
removing each item before putting in the next).
Combine all items in a large bowl.
Add dressing (also prepared in food processor) - Light virgin cold-pressed organic olive
oil, lemon (I use a combination of organic bottled lemon juice and lots of fresh squeezed
organic lemon), lemon zest, light salt and pepper to taste
Lightly toss salad items with the dressing.
