     Passover Almond Cheesecake

Ingredients
1/2 cup toasted ground Almonds
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
1 3/4 cup Sugar
4 Bars 8 oz. Philadelphia brand Cream Cheese
4 Eggs
 

Instructions
Tip- To toast the almonds- Put sliced almonds in an oven or toaster oven at 350° for 10 - 15 minutes until browned. Grind the toasted almonds in a blender or food processor until you have 1/2 cup.
Pre-heat oven to 375°
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until very smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating for one minute after each one. Add the vanilla and almond extracts. Stir in the almonds. Pour into a well greased 8 inch pie pan.
Bake x 45 minutes in a hot water bath. Cool in the pan then refrigerate.
