Grease 12 muffin cups. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until blended. Whisk in the oil, sugar, matzah meal, cake meal, vanilla and bananas until smooth. Stir in the dried cherries and spoon into muffin cups.
Bake 30 minutes or until tops are firm and golden and the toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
