Crust- Using pastry mixer, mix the crust
ingredients. Spread in 8x8 pan. Bake 15 min. at
350 degrees.
Topping- Beat eggs until light. Add all other
ingredients. Stir together, then spread over
crust. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min. or until
topping is just beginning to brown.

Suggestions
Best if served shortly after removing from oven. Still warm, with a dollop of whip cream, is delicious!
