Add Ham, Onions& Carrot.
Sautee 5-10 minutes, then cook covered 10 more minutes.
Add Potatoes and Broth. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until the Potatoes are tender.
Pour 1/2 of the soup into a processor and blend until smooth. Then return to the pan. Add Cheeses and cook until the cheese melts. Add milk and warm through.

Good with Cornbread, especially fried. This is a very Hearty and Satisfying soup
