     Baked Pheasant

Ingredients
1/2 cup cherry preserves (not jam or jelly)
1 T. brown mustard
scant T. vinegar
 

Instructions
Stir together and melt in microwave. Baste pheasant with sauce occasionally. Save remainder and sppon over meat when served. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in covered pan.
