PUT ALL SOUPS IN LARGE PAN WHISK SMOOTH. ADD CHILLIES, GARLIC, SALSA,CHILLI POWDER AND BLACK PEPPER. BRING TO FULL BOIL LOWER TO SIMMER COOK 1 HOUR.STIRRING OFTEN
COOK CHICKEN BREAST IN SEPERATE PAN THEN ADD TO SOUP AND SIMMER 1 HOUR.STIRRING OFTEN. MAY SHRED OR CHOP CHICKEN.
POUR INTO BOWLS TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE AND TORTILLA STRIPS.
CAN ADJUST ANY INGREDIENT TO TASTE. I USED HOT CHILLI POWDER TO GIVE IT SOME HEAT. CAN ALSO ADD ANY TYPE OF HOT SAUCE OR PEPPER.
