Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Cut pita into 8ths. Cut
pockets apart. Layout on cookie sheet in one layer. Brush
tops with olive oil. Dust with salt and pepper, and rosemary. Bake until golden. Thick
pita bread could be anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. Set the timer for 5 minute
intervals. If using Lebanese 'pita' bread, it may be only 2 to 3 minutes...watch them
closely!
