     Coconut Cream Filling

Ingredients
2 sticks margarine or butter beat until soft and creamy
1 can (cup) sweetened condensed milk added slowly
2-1/2 c cups dry fondant added slowly and mixed well
4 cups desiccated dry, cacaroon cut coconut stirred in
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients in order and chill for at least 2 hours before using.
Roll into desired size and dip into chocolate.
