2 c flour

1/2 tsp salt
|

1 tsp baking powder
|

1/2 tsp baking soda
|

2 tsp cinnamon
|
| |
1-1/3 c butter, softened
|
| |
1 c sugar
|
| |
3/4 c brown sugar
|
| |
2 eggs
|

1 tsp vanilla
|
| |
3/4 c raisins
|
| |
2/4 c craisins
|
| |
1 cup nuts (optional)

2-1/2 c uncooked oats
|

Instructions |

|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon and uncooked oats. Set aside.

Using a mixer, cream together the butter and sugars, add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Add vanilla and beat until well blended.
|
|
|
|
Slowly stir dry ingredients into the liquid mixture. Stir in the raisins and craisins and continue to stir for a few more minutes.
|
|
|
|
Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until light brown. Remove cookies from pan and cool on a rack.
