Let bread rise overnight, punch down and form into circle.
Brown sausage and drain fat, Let cool.
Mix sausage, regatta cheese, romano cheese, parsley, and pepper. mix together with beaten eggs.
Place dough on cookie sheet. Spread mixture over half of dough. fold over dough, and use milk and yolk mixture to secure edges.
Brush milk and yolk mixture on top.
Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.
