4-5 lb. beef rump roast
|
|
4 cloves garlic
|
|
1 t. salt
|
|
4 t. parmesan
|
|
6-8 c. beef broth, low sodium
|
|
1 T. dried oregano
|
|
Pepperocinis, if desired
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place roast in slow cooker. Cut four slits or cross-shaped holes in the top of the roast.
|
|
|
In each hole put 1/4 t. salt, t t. parmesan and 1 garlic clove. Pour broth over top and sprinkle with oregano.
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred meat and return to slow cooker, along with pepperocinis.
