Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 t. mustard seed
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
3 T. curing salt (Morton's Tender Quick)
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and form into two logs wrapped tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate to cure for 24 hours.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the salami for one hour, making sure the water covers the rolls.
Let cool, then place into a dish to cool in the refrigerator. Slice once completely chilled.
