     Beef Stroganoff - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 lbs top round stead, cut thin across the grain
1 lb fresh mushrooms
2 Tbl. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 medium onion sliced
 
3/4 Cup dry sherry
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 Tbl. fresh parsley
3/4 Cup beef broth
Wide noodles

Instructions
In a slow cooker combine the flour and spices. Place the sliced beef into the flour mixture and stir until well coated.
Add onion, mushrooms, sherry, beef broth and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream and parsley and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve over wide noodles.
