1 thinly sliced Jalapeno remove seeds for less heat

combine with 2 1/2 c chopped pineapple in a shallow dish

Freeze until firm at least 3 hours
|
|
Transfer to blender add 3/4 c rum
|
|
2 - 3 T sugar
|
|
the juice of one lime
|
|
1 1/2 c ice and puree until smooth divide and serve between 4 glasses
