     Sriracha and Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts, outer leaves removed and halved
1 1/2 -2 tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp sriracha sauce (more if you like it super spicy!)
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss brussel sprouts in the melted butter or other fat of choice, sriracha, honey, and salt.
Pour sprouts onto a foil lined baking sheet or a silicone lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping around half way through cooking time. They are done when you begin to see a bit of browning on the outer layers.
