     CRUMB PIE

Ingredients
CRUST-
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Sugar`
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Melted Butter
CUSTARD-
2/3 sugar
3 cups scalded milk
3 egg yolks
 
2 rounded T cornstarch
MERINGUE-
3 Egg Whites
3 T Sugar

Instructions
Combine Crust Ingredients and press in bottom of glass pan. Prepare custard, cooking until thickened. Cool slightly and pour on top of crust. Prepare meringue and put on top of cooled custard. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is brown. Cool and serve.
