Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup half and half
1 cup butter
1 1/4 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecan
1 cup heavy whipping cream
 

Instructions
Combine sugar, corn syrup, half and half, cream, and butter in pan. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally at 248 degrees. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 dish. Cool. When firm turn out on to cutting board and cut into squares. Wrap each square in waxed paper.
