325 degree oven. Spray pan or parchment line. Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth 3 or 4 min. Turn mixer to low and add flour and zest till dough forms.
Stir in almonds and cranberries with a spatula. Form into logs about 2 inch diameter. Freeze or refrigerate. Slice in 1/4 inch thick slices. Bake 20 min. Let cool 5 min on pan.
