Fry the chicken and beef .
Place the metal base of the ravioli maker in
front of you and lay your first sheet of dough
on top.
Press down to form depressions in the dough.
Place one tablespoon of filling with the beef
and chicken in each depression.
Lay the other half of your sheet of dough over
the surface of the mold, push out any extra
air.
Put the ravioli into a pot of water at a low
boil, and cook for three minutes .
Warm up the tomato sauce ,
In order to check if it’s done slice into one
until it reveals no starchy line in the center.
After its done add the parmesan cheese and
tomato sauce on top .
